From first power‐up through to handover, I’ll be your independent eyes and ears on site, ensuring every service system is tested, compliant and ready to go.

Too often, minor defects only surface at handover—creating lengthy punch lists that no one has the time or appetite to resolve. As your independent on-site reviewer, I’ll provide a fresh set of eyes to catch issues early and keep your handover process smooth and efficient.

Commissioning Planning

  • Develop a step-by-step commissioning plan aligned to project stages

  • Define ITP/ITR scopes, witness points and acceptance criteria

  • Coordinate with builders, subcontractors and design teams to lock in dates and responsibilities

Onsite Witnessing

  • Attend system, witnessing and user tests

  • Verify operation of systems including; function and safety interlocks

  • Record results, issue non-conformance reports and track defect resolution

Inspections & Handovers

  • Conduct a final “walk-through” inspection of services installations

  • Compile commissioning records, test certificates and snag lists

  • Deliver a concise handover dossier so your client gets a clean, sign-off ready set of documents
