I started my career in the military in 2010, learning electronics and communications the hard (and fast) way — hands-on, high-stakes, and under pressure. Gaining a trade qualification was the foundation that shaped everything that followed: attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to doing things properly.

Since then, I’ve delivered projects across secure sites, hospitals, correctional centres, manufacturing facilities and complex commercial buildings. From hands-on technician to project engineer and operations manager, I’ve worked across builder, subcontractor and client-side — and I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what really slows teams down.

I started The Service Side because I believe building services deserve better support — and better documentation. Whether it’s commissioning assistance, drawing reviews, audits, or policy creation, I work fast, think methodically, and always back it up with action. I’m surgical when I need to be, collaborative when it counts, and dependable to the core.
